Regular Municipal Election November 6, 2018
Elections for the City of Hercules are held in November of even numbered years. Mayor and Vice Mayor appointments are made annually at the Council's first meeting in December. Council Members also serve as the Board of Directors for the Successor Agency to the Hercules Redevelopment Agency.
Meetings of the City Council are held at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. All meetings are held in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 111 Civic Drive, Hercules, CA.

The Polling Places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. In addition voters may drop off completed absentee ballots at City Hall Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To locate your polling location, look on the back of your sample ballot or go to www.cocovote.us
Unofficial election results will be posted to the Contra Costa County Election Department website at www.cocovote.us starting at 8 p.m. on Election Night and will be updated several times thoughout the evening. These results will include ballots cast at the polls and ballots that were mailed to the Election Department and counted that evening.
The County will continue to update results throughout the canvas period.
