Are you interested in transportation issues and opportunities facing Hercules? Would you like to share your ideas on what the City's priorities should be for improving the City's circulation system for all modes of travel, including automobile, transit, bicycle, and pedestrian through the year 2040? If so, you now have an opportunity to become involved, as the City is in the process of updating the City's General Plan Circulation Element.
