Parks & Recreation Online Registration

Introduction to WebTrac™ Registration

With WebTrac™ Online Registration, you can register yourself and your household members for many programs and activities offered by the Hercules Parks & Recreation Department. While the number of programs available for online registration is limited during the initial launch, look for more activities to be added online in the coming months. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at prregistration@ci.hercules.ca.us.

Using WebTrac™

To view program activities, simply login as a Guest.

To enroll in programs and pay online, register for an online account to create a User Name and Password. Anyone who has participated in one of our programs in the last several years already has a temporary user name and password, which can be found at the top of your registration receipt. The first time you log in, enter your Household ID for both the User name and the Password. If you do not have a receipt or do not know your user name and password, please contact us for assistance.

To apply for new account:

If you are new customer who has not previously enrolled in classes please bring your driver’s license (to verify residency) to the Community\Swim Center. 

If your driver's license does not have a Hercules address, you can prove residency by some other means, such as lease, utility bill, etc. After applying and providing proof of residency, you will receive your User Name and Password.

Once you receive your User Name and Password, you may register in Webtrac.

WebTrac™ accepts online payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover only). A 2% credit card fee will be applied to the transaction total.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have forgotten my Password?
If you have an e-mail address in the system and provided answers to the security questions (mother's maiden name, favorite sports team, etc.), we can e-mail your password to you. Just click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the WebTrac™ login screen. If you did not enter an email address or answer the security questions, please e-mail prregistration@ci.hercules.ca.us.

What if I have forgotten my User Name?
Click the "Contact Our Office" link on the WebTrac™ login screen for assistance.

What if my Driver license does not have a Hercules address(even though I am a resident)?
You can prove residency by some other means, such as lease, utility bill, etc.

Are my transactions secure?
WebTrac™ uses a secure server with industry-standard encryption to process all transactions. (Please note: If you have any pop-up blockers installed, you will need to disable them, or make WebTrac™ a trusted site. If you do not, you will not be able to receive transaction receipts or view all the web pages properly.)

What credit cards do you accept for online payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

What if I can’t find the program for which I'm looking?
In WebTrac™, go to "Search" > "Listings." All activities will be displayed. However, only programs that show a "Shopping Cart" icon are available for online registration.
