City Manager

The City Manager’s Department is the executive office for the City of Hercules. The City Manager’s Office is responsible for overseeing all departments and the daily management of municipal governance. The City Manager’s Office works closely with the City Council to establish policies and implement the goals and objectives of the City Council.
