The City of Hercules makes every effort to respond promptly to claim requests. All individuals must submit a completed claim request form in order for the claim to be investigated.

Personal service of claims can be accomplished during regular City business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday (excluding City Holidays).
