Publications

In an effort to balance costs with getting information to residents, the City has changed the format of the Herculean and approved the addition of a new publication called Parks & Recreation Activity Guide. The Herculean will be distributed three times a year (July, November and March), but will be much smaller in size.

The Parks & Recreation Activity Guide will also be distributed three times a year (August, December, and April) and will contain Parks and Recreation class schedules, fees and program offerings. The City will continue to distribute the Hercules Re:development newsletter but has discontinued the Eye on Hercules newsletter (it was replaced with a third issue of The Herculean). This publication change will result in a total of six newsletters and three Parks & Recreation Activity Guides going out to residents and businesses each year.
