Successor Agency Oversight Board

The Successor Agency Oversight Board meets on an as needed basis. The Oversight Board consists of seven members selected by the County, the City and various local education districts. Currently, the members include:

Vice Chair Sheri Gamba, Associate Superintendent, West Contra Costa Unfiied School District
Richard Mitchell, Hercules Planning Commissioner
Ted Radke, Director, East Bay Regional Parks District Board of Directors
Robert Reber, Hercules Employee
Vacant, Board Member, Contra Costa Community College District
William Wilkins, Hercules City Council Member
