The City of Hercules and the Hercules Redevelopment Agency consider the Affordable Housing Program as a comprehensive program for addressing the many housing needs of low to moderate-income individuals, families, and households. The program focuses on two main areas:
- Homeownership opportunities; and
- Activities that enhance the preservation of existing housing stock.
All program recipients must meet income guideline requirements (PDF) for Contra Costa County as provided by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development.
