Eligibility
To qualify for the Electric Rate Assistance Program, applicants must
- Have in their name residential electric service provided by Hercules Municipal Utility;
- Meet the income guidelines listed below.
Not all customers will be eligible for all programs. Eligibility for each program is determined by the information listed on the application.
Applicant’s household total taxable income cannot exceed the amounts listed below:
