Certain projects may qualify for lower impact fees for Traffic Facilities based on the project's consistency with Section 66005.1 of the Mitigation Fee Act. Qualifying factors include, but are not limited to, proximity and access to transit and the amount of residential space and parking provided on-site. Reduced Traffic Facilities impact fees are negotiated and approved through a Development Agreement by the Office of the City Manager.
STMP fees collected by City and remitted to WCCTAC in accordance with Master Coop Agreement.
Not including sewer facilities fee, which is based on building square footage.
SMIP and GBF fees are collected by the City and remitted to the State of California
Sewer facility fees are separate from and do not include sewer service charges/connection fees (see Engineering Fees in the Master Fee Schedule)
City Transportation Fees for fast food, fuel, and other uses with much different traffic volumes can be evaluated for higher or lower fee in accordance with the Nexus study, consistent with Mitigation Fee Act.
