The Hercules City Council holds regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 111 Civic Drive, Hercules, at 7:00 p.m.  All meetings available live via the City's website, along with agendas.

The City Council encourages public participation at its meetings. The public may address the City Council on all items on the agenda except those under Closed Session. The public may address the City Council on any item not on the agenda at the beginning of the meeting during the public communications period. The Council cannot, however, take any immediate action on matters presented during the public communication period.

Those wishing to speak are requested to complete a speaker's card so that a formal record of public comments can be maintained. The Mayor will call speakers to the podium as the item of concern is addressed, after the staff has presented its report and prior to Council discussion. Groups wishing to address the Council may want to select one spokesperson to represent their position, as the Council may place a time limit on speakers to ensure that all speakers may be heard.

If you wish to address the Council, it is requested that you complete a speaker card and submit to the City Clerk prior to the item being addressed.
