Department Registration Policy
The City of Hercules Parks & Recreation Department has implemented a Yearly Liability Waiver form that will be effective from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019. Our new liability waiver will cover all activities, classes, camps, and program that are provided by the City of Hercules Parks & Recreation Department. Additional program/activity permission slips may be required. One authorized signature from a legal parent or guardian may sign on a minor's behalf (under 18 years of age). Additional family members who are over the age of 18 will be required to provide their own signature to the form. Yearly Liability Waivers will not be accepted by the department without the appropriate signature(s).

2020 Yearly Liability Waiver

All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis unless otherwise noted in the course description. Participants are encouraged to register at least one week prior to the course start date. Programs, services, or activities may be cancelled or combined due to low enrollment.

Proof of residency will be required upon registration. Residents are those who reside within Hercules city limits. Fees labeled are NR in the Activity Guide or on print material represent non-resident fees. Because the Activity Guide is prepared months in advance, the City cannot guarantee all information in the guide is most current. Contact the Parks & Recreation Department at (510) 799-8291 during business hours to confirm class details if needed.
