Our goal is to provide programming that will foster human development, promote health and wellness, and increase cultural unity with life experiences. As our youth grow into teens, we want to give them a sense of belonging to the community and empower them to gain the confidence and ownership needed. Come out and enjoy the programs and activities at the Teen Center "T.H.E. S.P.O.T." (Teens of Hercules Empowering through Spirit, Perseverance, Outreach, & Teamwork).
 The SPOT After School Program (Grades 6th-8th)
The SPOT is just the place to help with homework and socialize with your peers in an exhilarating, fun, and safe environment. Our energetic staff will provide many activities such as arts and crafts, sports, and a variety of team building games and events that are catered exclusively for 6th-8th graders. Teens will be able to experience various activities:

Students are to check-in after school, outside of the Hercules Middle School Multi-Purpose Room where the basketball courts are located. After check-in, staff will escort the teens to the Hercules Teen Center.

 Junior Staff in Training (Ages 14-18)
Our energetic staff will help train and mentor you in preparation of your first job! Learn how to go through an interview process, demonstrate professionalism, understanding customer service, assist in leading group games and so much more! 

You will have the opportunity to train at the Teen Center, Community Center, Swim Center, and Senior Center. 

New Members: $50 per school year (includes Junior Staff T-Shirt)

 Online Driver's Education
DMV allows teens to receive their Learner's Permit at age 15 1/2 and a license at age 16. This class is the first required step that must be completed. This is an online course with videos, animated driving scenarios and sample test questions. To register, please our online registration.
 X-Fit Boot Camp

X-Fit Boot Camp is an inspiring, fun and challenging group fitness class designed to benefit everyone from a first-timer to a seasoned athlete.  Bringing together elements of athletic conditioning, strength training, core and functional training, body weight exercise, stretching and plyometric training, the X-Fit Boot Camp is scalable to individual needs and is designed to improve your quality of life.

 

 X-Fit Lil Ninja Training

Would you like your child to be the next American Ninja Warrior?  X-Fit Lil' Ninja Warrior is designed for all levels.  This is a non-competitive program that helps your child develop gross motor skills, core strength, balance, and control of their body in an athletic atmosphere.  Your Lil' Ninjas will be getting fit while overcoming obstacle courses.
